As an innkeeper, you know it is a lot more expensive to get a new guest to your inn than it is to get someone who has already stayed with you to come back. Repeat guests and the referrals they can send you are worth courting.

You’ve got limited time, of course. And limited money. That is why it is important to use a system that takes care of most of the work automatically. Just click it and forget it. After all, you’ve got more to do than spend your bed and breakfast day marketing.

Here are some examples of what can be done with a new online system for sending physical greeting cards (or postcards) through the mail.

Get the Picture

While your guests are visiting, take their photo in the most scenic spot at your inn. Offer to send a card with this photo on the cover to 5 of their friends with your compliments.
