Custom Business Greeting Cards

You know the gurus suggest you send a personalized card after meeting someone for the first time, and after every significant meeting. That takes a lot of time! Shopping for the cards, keeping them handy, writing the message, addressing the envelope, finding a stamp, getting to the post office.
Then there is the idea of sending cards on your customer’s birthday and another for the holidays.
It Could be a Full-time Job!
If you have any size network at all, this could get to be a full time job, just to send out the cards!
In fact, if you check the Guinness Book of World Records, you’ll find that Joe Girard earned his place there as the man who sold the most cars each year for 12 consecutive years.
One of the things he did to earn that spot was to send a greeting card every month to every one of his customers and prospects. Joe sent about 13,000 cards a month, and he hired two assistants just to send out cards.
Joe would have loved the system you are about to see! He could have sent all those cards with one click of his mouse and he could have saved the money he spent on those two assistants.
You Can Do it with A Click of Your Mouse!
This simple system allows you to save time and money by creating your card completely online. Then, when you are perfectly satisfied with your card, click the “send” button. Your card is printed, placed into an envelope, stamped, and mailed the next day!
Why Not Just Send an Email?
Email is great and I recommend autoresponder series for all my clients as part of their follow up marketing mix. There are some big drawbacks, though. Spam filters mean your email may not even arrive, and even if it does, most people today blaze through their inbox, deleting most of those carefully crafted messages and reading only a choice few. Open rates of only 50% are common.
Email just isn’t special anymore. When was the last time someone called you and thanked you for sending them an email? Unless it was a very special personal message, or it contained the winning lottery numbers in time for them to buy a ticket, you probably can’t remember being thanked for an email.
Now, I have a question for you. When was the last time you received a greeting card in the mail and didn’t open it? And how often do you call someone who sent you a card to say thanks? Isn’t that what you want - people to call you?
Customize Your Cards
With this sophisticated system, you can:
- put a photo or logo on the front or inside of your card
- add headlines, captions, voice bubbles or thought bubbles to the image on the front of the card
- use pre-written messages or write your own
- change the font and color of the text inside a card - even put it in your own handwriting with your genuine signature
- create postcards, greeting cards, or tri-fold cards
Customize Your Schedule
Even better than all the choices you have for creating cards are all the choices you have about how to send them. You can create and send one card at a time or:
- set reminders for birthdays or special dates so you always remember and set them up to send automatically through the year
- create a series of cards to be sent automatically to your new contacts or your current clients
Manage Your Contacts
Of course, you want to keep track of who got a card and when. This system allows you to:
- group your contacts in any way you choose
- see the front and inside of every card you have sent
- send the same card or series of cards to everyone in a group
Save Time and Money
If you are thinking this is going to cost an arm and a leg, I’ve got a pleasant surprise for you. These cards cost less than the ones you would buy at the big box or the office supply store!
